- This was an amazing experience form start to finish! My fiance and I ordered the minimalist Ketubah as we wanted to personalized it ourselves. The team worked with us so that we chose the correct paper and loved every word. They were supportive of any changes or revisions we asked for. The process was very quick and the Ketubah arrived in perfect condition. As my fiance are converts, we had no idea what we were doing or how to do it. W e have never seen a Ketubah in person and so we were kind of flying in the wind. Ink with intent made this process not only easy, but they were so kind and accommodating along the way. - This Ketubah is gorgeous! We took the “Flame – Dark” version and added the little extra fee option to have a custom color palette. Ink with Intent was quick to respond, very cooperative with edits, and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Hopefully, this will be the only Ketubah we’ll ever need, but I also hope we have another opportunity to purchase from this company again soon. I will refer them to my friends and family. - We never had a ketubah, but decided to get one to celebrate our 36th (“double chai”) wedding anniversary. The autumnal Tree of Life design was a perfect — and perfectly gorgeous — symbol of our midlife renewal of vows. - We just received our ketubah in the mail and it is STUNNING. The paper cutting is exactly what is shown in the picture and the wording and font look beautiful. Wendy and Chaya were also so responsive to my questions (color, confirming receipt) and worked really quickly to get the ketubah shipped to me. It comes with all of the instructions for making sure it’s signed properly and a fancy Micron pen. - The process of designing and creating our Ketubah was seamless. They were extremely quick to respond to questions via email and provided detailed answers to all of our questions. They quickly sent a proof of the Ketubah with detailed instructions about how to make changes or approve of the final design before going to print. The final product is gorgeous; it matches the photos online and it is made of high quality materials. They sent instructions about which pens to use and how to frame it in order to preserve the Ketubah. - We are absolutely in love. Chaya, Adriana, and Wendy were amazing to work with from start to finish. And we had the hardest time picking out our ketubah from all of the amazing options and the fact that custom was also an option. Every thing posted is just beautiful. And seeing it in real life now, it’s just so incredibly done and perfect. Being able to pick out the color in the back of the tree also helped make our tree of life a bit more personal and unique to us. There was also so much communication make sure everything was perfect, including type of pens to buy, checking the Hebrew, and making sure it arrived in one piece (it did and was in impeccable shape!!).
